REPORTS TO: Estimating Manager SUPERVISES: None PURPOSE: To develop competitive estimates for post-delivery contract proposals and/or new construction. AUTHORITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and comprehend technical and administrative documents such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
