Jibz Cameron / Dynasty Handbag: Hell In A Handbag

Queer performance artist Jibz Cameron, best known for her alter ego Dynasty Handbag, invites you to a night of performance, film & readings all celebrating the debut of her memoir. Titled Hell in a Handbag, the new book traces Cameron's unique perspective, shaped by a childhood spent in Northern California, to her teen years spent in the East Bay punk scene, to in-your-face experiences in NYC's avant-garde theater scene. This personal narrative culminates in the birth of Dynasty Handbag, & her commentary on contemporary life. In a 1st, both Jibz & Dynasty Handbag will appear, telling the unique story of these 2 intertwined halves. Door Time: 6:30pm (front bar opens: 5:30pm).
