David Moossazadeh, MD, is a board-certified family physician and aesthetics and wellness specialist at Restoring Health Medical Institute, Inc., which has locations in Rancho Cucamonga and the Pico-Robertson neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. Dr. Moossazadeh received his bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from UCLA. He then completed his doctorate of osteopathic medicine at Western University in Pomona, California, before completing his residency at Mercy Medical Center Redding. Dr. Moossazadeh believes that medicine is most powerful and effective when your physician takes an individualized approach to care. As a provider who is committed to taking a comprehensive approach to wellness, Dr. Moossazadeh works with his patients to help improve their daily choices and ultimately better their health. He understands your choices and lifestyle are pivotal components to chronic disease management and believes there is nothing “alternative” about wanting to improve the way you live. Dr. Moossazadeh has always loved practicing medicine and has a passion for combining integrative and conventional medicine to address crucial topics like nutrition, stress management, and exercise.
