Oakhurst Golf Club

One of the Houston area's best kept golf secrets, Oakhurst is located north of Houston on Highway 59. Originally opened as Bentwood Country Club in 1994, and in 2004 changed names to Oakhurst Golf Club and is undergoing a $1.7 Million renovation. The 18 holes and 7002 Championship yards meander among the towering pines and hardwoods native to the area. Designed by Dave Marr and Jay Riviere, the course presents a formidable but not overwhelming challenge. The course offers a balance of straight-aways and doglegs with each offering wide fairways and challenging approaches.
