Mozart's is proud to be an 'Austin Original'. We opened our doors in 1993 with the dream of offering a place to enjoy quality coffee in a beautiful setting. Never could we have imagined that almost 3 decades later, we'd still be realizing that dream. We've celebrated many firsts over the years - first coffee shop in Austin to roast in-house, first to offer free wifi, and first to add a bottomless cup to our menu. We've also been the spot for countless first dates, job interviews, and business meetings. During SXSW, it's not uncommon to see a famous face or two taking solace and relaxing before the next show. Overlooking the waters of Lake Austin, our outdoor deck is an experience that can't be missed. Curl up with a book under one of our oak trees, watch the turtles come up for air or gather with friends at a patio table. We welcome guests of all ages from all walks of life to come and share with us the beauty of this great city we call home.
