She began mixing her roast in early 2016 with a goal of creating a blend who's quality shines through in any process of preparation. As a traveler and camper she was familiar with the challenges of having a good cup of coffee, but was convinced a solid, well rounded, full bodied roast with carefully chosen beans from around the world could make a difference.
