For Texas clients, I can perform legal services including establishing and maintaining business organizations, creating and negotiating contracts, asset protection, estate planning (including wills, statutory trusts, and related documents), and I can work with local attorneys to help federal tax clients obtains those services in jurisdictions outside Texas. If requested, I offer services for one annual fee, allowing clients to contact me for advice without fear of hourly charges. Clients should only include businesses/residents of Texas, businesses/persons seeking representation in Texas, or any business/person seeking federal income tax return preparation, planning, or help.
